Hey friends, hope you’re well!
I am happy to share 10 incredible AI tools that will simplify your life, save time, and make you more productive with less effort.
These AI tools can turn entire books into summaries in seconds, generate home renovation ideas based on home photos, and even turn bad, echoey audio like this into professional studio-like audio – it’s incredible what these tools can do!
These are just a few of the tools I’ve been enjoying, and I’m confident you’ll be using at least one of them. Let’s get started with the first tool!
PDF GPT
The first tool, PDF GPT, creates instant PDF summaries, insights, and notes.
It’s fantastic that you can even ask questions and get answers about the PDF. This tool is terrific for students or anyone needing to analyze a big PDF document without sinking their hours into analyzing the PDF.
It has a simple interface; all you must do to get started is drag and drop the PDF. Once it has been analyzed, it will immediately provide you with an accurate summary of the PDF.
Then you can ask PDF GPT questions about the uploaded file, such as “How does the story end” if it’s a long story and I want to know how it ends.
And then it’ll give me the story’s ending, complete with references to the PDF.
You can even ask specific questions such as duration, names, date, and location, and it will extract and provide you with the answers.
PDF GPT is a huge time saver for those who need quick summaries and answers to their questions from PDFs. If your PDF is larger than 5MB, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan, which costs $9.99 monthly.
Parrot AI
Next, we’ll use Parrot AI to convert Zoom or video meetings into notes and insights.
You can use existing video or audio meetings and have them summarized with insights. Alternatively, you can invite Parrot AI to a live or upcoming call by providing the meeting URL or inviting my@parrot.ai as an attendee.
Let’s say I’ve just finished a Zoom meeting that I recorded, I have the audio file, and I want to summarize everything to send to my client.
Once the audio file has been uploaded and analyzed, you’ll get a custom summary to copy and paste to my client.
If you want to dive deeper into the call, you can go to the recording and click the “Ask Chat AI” button to ask questions about the meeting and have them answered.
This is pretty cool stuff; imagine how much time it might save you! Just be careful what you upload into Parrot AI – avoiding sharing confidential meetings, and information is a good idea!
Adobe Enhance
Adobe Enhance unlocks the potential of any microphone by enhancing your voice and removing all unwanted noise to transform any ordinary audio clip into audio that sounds like it was recorded in a professional studio.
I was skeptical at first, but after a few uploads, the result is truly incredible.
The larger room typically has more echo and poor audio quality. Still, with Adobe Enhance, the audio sounded as if I were recording in a professional studio with foam panels and an expensive microphone setup. This one has to be tried for yourself, even if it’s just with a phone out in the open.
It’s currently completely free to use with an Adobe account, and it’s effortless to use; drag and drop your audio file right into the browser, and that’s it.
InVideo
InVideo is about to release its new AI tool that will instantly turn an idea into a video and revolutionize how you create marketing ads, content, or even YouTube explainer videos.
On the current web interface, InVideo has an “Ai text to video” workflow that can create complete video scripts with a prompt like “create an explainer around top cities in the US to visit”, and then, an entire script will take a few seconds to appear.
When you click “create scenes,” InVideo will search its library of over 8 million royalty-free stock video clips, including Shutterstock and iStock, to create a video that matches the script exactly.
You can also convert the entire script into a real voiceover-narrated video and change the language and voice type to narrate your complete video automatically! InVideo has added new realistic voiceovers to make video narration sound even more real when we use Automated Text To Speech.
This is ideal if you want to make quick video presentations, marketing videos, or even start a YouTube channel where you want to avoid appearing.
Overall, it’s a one-stop powerful online video editor that allows full customization without a steep learning curve. With the addition of AI to the platform, it’s a tool that will make content creation quick and straightforward for various purposes.
Perplexity AI
Perplexity AI is an AI-powered search engine that will revolutionize how you get answers, and I’ve been using it to conduct research, write emails, and even write code.
It combines ChatGPT and Microsoft Bing to provide detailed answers to almost any question, including references. I’ve used this tool frequently when I need an accurate response with references.
For example, if I ask, “What is the best time of year to visit Canada?” it will not only provide you with a detailed, accurate answer, but it will also provide citations to where it sourced the answers and related content in case you want to read more or cite the sources in your work.
You can even request that it draft emails for you. Let’s say I want to work at Tesla. I’ll ask Perplexity to write an email to Tesla on my behalf, and it will immediately generate a pretty good email pitch.
If I type in “Python code for generating a grid of cells as a geodata frame”, and it returns completely usable lines of code, it writes better than I ever will.
Perplexity has saved me hours of my time each week, which is quite significant!
Stable Diffusion
Hands down, one of the best text-to-image AI tools that allow you to create masterpieces with simple sentences is Stable Diffusion.
The best part about this tool is that it is completely free and can be used directly from the Stable Diffusion homepage – no apps, sign-ups, or Discord Server setup required.
You can find the prompt box by visiting their website and scrolling down the homepage.
I put it to the test and Googled “cats in space”, and it came up with incredible results regarding what it returns and the sky’s the limit regarding prompts.
I also tried something a little more sophisticated, like “Legend of Zelda, portrait, detailed oil painting, 8k” as a test.
Some creators use these tools to create insane works of art, and it’s a great way to add images to your articles, projects, websites, or just for fun.
Magic Eraser
Speaking of images, the next tool is Magic Eraser, which quickly erases almost anything from an image.
You can do this in Photoshop if you know how to use it, but it can be time-consuming, so Magic Eraser makes the process a breeze.
You need to go to the Magic Eraser website and drag and drop your photo.
I want to remove the newly mounted TV from a photo of my current loungeroom. I simply highlight the TV with the brush, then click erase, and it’s completely gone, and it’s done a fantastic job – it’s as if the TV was never there in the first place. You can compare the before and after by using the eye toggle icon on the right side.
I can then click download to get the low-resolution photo for free; however, if I want the full-resolution photo, I must sign up for one of their paid plans.
Tome
The following application is an AI-powered presentation builder.
I’ve spent hours on Powerpoint creating presentation slides. Tome gives me those hours back because it uses ChatGPT 3 and Dall-e natively to create engaging presentations with a single-sentence output.
So, Tome makes the process incredibly simple, whether you’re making a presentation for a school project or a business proposal.
Suppose I’m giving a webinar in 2023 about a beginner’s guide to creating Facebook Ads. Rather than starting from scratch, I can simply type “how to create a facebook ad in 2023” into the Tome tool, and it will generate a beautiful presentation in under a minute.
All of the information is from ChatGPT 3, so it’s relatively accurate, and Dall-e created the photos, so each presentation is unique.
Of course, I’d go through this and personalize it, adding more to the presentation. That’s because it’s a great presentation builder in and of itself, with simple drag-and-drop tools and beautiful templates to choose from.
Prime Voice AI
Prime Voice AI is the next AI tool I’d like to share with you, and it’s the simplest way to narrate just about anything, from creating audiobooks to having audio versions of your blog posts.
It’s another ready-to-use tool where you must type out the text you want to narrate and hit play. You can also add emotion by using exclamation points and commas. Translate it into different languages directly. The download is immediate.
So, for podcasters, authors, or anyone needing audio narration, this could save you hundreds of hours of recording your voiceovers—a total game changer.
Reimagine
Reimagine AI is the final tool I’ve recently used for home interior upgrades. It’s ideal if you want to see what you can do with or improve your space. So all you have to do is drag and drop a photo of the space you want to decorate or redesign, and AI will do the rest.
Then you can see that it does all of the work for you and then produces some pretty decent results as well as some interesting ideas for you to get creative with your interiors.
It’s just so much easier than using software like AutoCAD or something similar that this is just another tool that saves you a lot of time while also providing you with a lot of ideas.
Conclusion
I hope you’ll find an AI tool or two that you can explore from this list. I’ll also leave a video here of my favorite Mac apps for you Mac users out there to check out.
